Our varied menu serves the very best from the land and sea and is available throughout the hotel so you can relax and dine wherever suits you.
Samphire is a stylish bistro restaurant, allowing you to enjoy a laid-back, but luxurious meal. The Orangery is the perfect place to indulge in afternoon tea, a late lunch or a cocktail and the Salt Bar is the locals, go-to watering hole where you can enjoy a fabulous cocktail, a refreshing pint or a delicious bottle of wine, in relaxing environment that you’ll never want to leave.
We offer food from 12pm-9pm everyday, and our varied menu includes a selection of family favourites as well as seasonal specialities and on Sunday we also offer a Roast Lunch menu.
Breakfast is served between 7.30am-10am | Daytime menu is served between 12pm-6pm | Evening menu is served between 6pm-9pm | Sunday Roast is served between 12pm-3pm | Afternoon Tea is served between 2pm-5pm

The Orangery is flooded with light and is alive with colour, with a stunning high ceiling and period features, creating a bright and inviting space and also featuring a stylish cocktail bar.
