For reservations booked directly with Stanwell House Hotel, a deposit equivalent to the value of the first night’s stay will be payable to secure the booking. We will require a credit card number, expiry date, and the last three numbers of the security code on the reverse, name on the card and the issue number for Switch cards
Cancellations or amendments:
Any amendments or cancellations to all bedroom reservations must be made 48 hours prior to 3pm on the date of arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night’s stay including tax. Cancellations received prior to 48 hours arrival, will have their deposit held for 6 months to book at a later date. Please note however, rates may differ between your chosen dates. This cancellation policy does not apply to Christmas and New Year bookings for which we require a £200.00 per person non-refundable and non-transferable payment at the time of reservation.
For bedroom reservations that do not show; the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit/debit card taken at the time of booking.
The hotel operates a strict no-smoking policy in all bedrooms and public areas. Breach of this policy will result in charges equal to any revenue lost from not being able to re-let the room.
All prices are inclusive of V.A.T and are correct at time of going to press.
Stanwell House reserves the right to cancel any bookings should extenuating circumstances or errors occur preventing them from proceeding. Please note this is not good for business and would only be through emergency or within ample notice to source an alternative. Stanwell House will not be liable for any losses occurring as a result of such action.
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and the Hotel. Any reservation or part thereof cancelled within the 48-hour policy will be charged for.
