Bedroom Reservations:
For reservations booked directly with Stanwell House Hotel, a deposit equivalent to the value of the first night’s stay will be payable to secure the booking. We will require a credit card number, expiry date, and the last three numbers of the security code on the reverse, name on the card and the issue number for Switch cards
Cancellations or amendments:
Any amendments or cancellations to all bedroom reservations must be made 48 hours prior to 3pm on the date of arrival to avoid a penalty of 1 night’s stay including tax.
Standard Bed and Breakfast and Room Only Rate:
A payment equivalent to the first night’s stay required as a deposit to secure your reservation. For cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice, prior to 3pm on the day of arrival, your deposit will be held and available to use within 6 months of the date cancellation was made. For reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival (or no-shows), the full deposit amount will be forfeited. We highly recommend that your own suitable travel insurance is in place at the time of booking.
Flexible Cancellation Bed and Breakfast and Room Only Rate:
No payment is required at the time of booking, but credit/debit card details will be required to secure the booking. No payment will be taken. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to 3pm on the day of arrival can be made with no penalty. For reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival (or no-shows), the full booking amount will be charged. Payment for accommodation will be charged on check-out. We highly recommend that your own suitable travel insurance is in place at the time of booking.
No-show fee:
For bedroom reservations that do not show; the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit/debit card taken at the time of booking.
Smoking:
The hotel operates a strict no-smoking policy in all bedrooms and public areas. Breach of this policy will result in charges equal to any revenue lost from not being able to re-let the room (minimum charge £100).
VAT:
All prices are inclusive of V.A.T and are correct at time of going to press.
Three for Two and Four for Three Special Offers:
For bookings made for the Three for Two or Four for Three special offers, a deposit equivalent to the value of the first night’s stay will be payable to secure the booking. We will require a credit card number, expiry date, and the last three numbers of the security code on the reverse, name on the card and the issue number for Switch cards.
Special offers are for new bookings only and cannot be applied to existing bookings and is not available in conjunction with any other offer. 3for2 offer is valid for reservations that take place between Sunday 8th October 2023 – Friday 30th June 2024 inclusive, excluding Holidays and is subject to availability.
Prices quoted are per room, per night with the free night applied, equivalent to 33.33% discount per night.
4for3 offer is valid for reservations that take place between Monday 1st April – Sunday 30th September 2024 inclusive. Permitted arrival any day and prices quoted are per room, per night with the free night applied, equivalent to 25% discount per night.

Spring Spritz Special Offer:
Spring Spritz offer is for new bookings only and cannot be applied to existing bookings. Offer is valid for reservations that take place between Friday 22nd March – Sunday 30th June 2024 inclusive, and is subject to availability. Offer available Sunday-Friday, Saturdays not included.
The first night’s accommodation charge is to be paid at the time of booking as a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Bookings made for the this offer are non-transferable and payments made are non-refundable. In the event you have to cancel your booking, any payment made will be forfeit. Bookings cannot be transferred to another date. No cash alternative. Multiple nights may be booked.
Offer includes 15% off the advertised rack rate, plus one complimentary cocktail per person, from a specific offer cocktail list. Does not include other bar drinks. No cash alternative. Discount is automatically applied and displayed at the time of enquiry.
Price is based on up to two guests sharing. No reduction for single occupancy. Dog charges are still chargeable, where applicable.
Wellness Package:
For bookings made for the Wellness package, a payment equivalent to the full package price is required as a deposit to secure your reservation. We will require a credit card number, expiry date, and the last three numbers of the security code on the reverse, name on the card and the issue number for Switch cards.
The Wellness package is available for new bookings only and is not available in conjunction with any other offer. Offer is valid for reservations that take place between Friday 22nd March – Friday 31st May 2024 inclusive and is subject to availability.
The package is available 7 days a week and includes breakfast, land and water self-care gift set and £100 food credit, to be used during your stay. One gift set per stay and total credit of £100, regardless of number of nights booked.
For cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice, prior to 3pm on the day of arrival, your deposit will be held and available to use within 6 months of the date cancellation was made. For reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival (or no-shows), the full booking amount will be forfeit.
For bookings cancelled and remade after the package period has ended, the credit held will be a monetary value only and future bookings will not include Land and Water gift set or food credit. Re-bookings may be made using current available rates/offers. Offer rate is not available outside of offer period.

Sbri Studio Easter Competition 20% Offer:
20% discount automatically applied upon entering the qualifying code. Offer available Sunday-Thursday and for reservations made and to take place by 31st May 2024. Offer is available for new bookings only and not inconjunction with any other offers. No cash alternative.

Function and Meeting Reservations:
To secure a function, private dining or meeting booking, a deposit equivilent to the room hire/minimum numbers is payable at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
All accommodation and/or pre-agreed charges relating to a function are to be paid two weeks prior to arrival. Once the balance has been agreed and paid, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Stanwell House reserves the right to cancel any bookings should extenuating circumstances or errors occur preventing them from proceeding. Please note this is not good for business and would only be through emergency or within ample notice to source an alternative. Stanwell House will not be liable for any losses occurring as a result of such action.
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and the Hotel. Any reservation or part thereof cancelled within the 48-hour policy will be charged for.
Weekly Yoga Class Reservations:
Spaces will be released and avaialable to book 7 days prior to the date. To secure a space, full payment is required at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
An intake/health form will be required to be completed prior to first class. The yoga instructor’s decision regarding suitability to take part will be final.

Stanwell House will not be liable for any losses occurring as a result of such action.
