Jam Making with Jen Williams

Join us on Saturday 20th September, from 11am to 2pm, for the next instalment in our seasonal programme of creative workshops, this time with award-winning jam maker Jennifer Williams of Naked Jam.

In this hands-on session, you’ll be guided through the art of traditional jam making, learning the tips and tricks that turn seasonal fruits into beautiful preserves. With a choice of flavours — Raspberry Jam, Chilli Jam, Blackberry & Apple Jam, Blackcurrant Jam, or Strawberry & Champagne Jam — you’ll create your own batch of 6–8 jars to take home. They’ll keep beautifully until Christmas, so whether you enjoy them yourself or set a few aside as thoughtful gifts, they’ll be a treat to savour.

The morning will be filled with the aromas of bubbling fruit and sugar, and you’ll finish with a well-deserved cream tea, served with the jam you’ve just made. The perfect blend of learning, indulgence, and a little bit of luxury.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or already passionate about preserves, this workshop offers a fun and flavourful way to spend a Saturday.

Tickets are £75 per person, with all ingredients and equipment provided. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.

Full payment due at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable/non-transferrable. Terms and Conditions apply.
