Our new Garden Bar menu is a celebration of ingredients that pay homage to land, garden, and sea. You’ll find dishes to suit all ages and appetites, with flavours rooted in the region and presented with care. Our flatbreads are cooked to perfection in our outdoor pizza oven, where you can choose from truffle ham with burrata, smoked salmon with lemon crème fraîche or a colourful medley of grilled courgette, feta, and pesto.
Looking to share? Tear into warm, gooey Camembert with rosemary and garlic, served with charcuterie or roasted Mediterranean vegetables. Small plates like Padron peppers, chorizo in red wine, and marinated olives are also perfect for nibbling over delicious drinks. Alternatively, our crisp salads, ranging from our Greek classics to our locally sourced crab with Sussex tomatoes, provide a lighter option for warm, leisurely afternoons.

Our Georgian House Rooms retain historic features, with details like sash windows and exposed fireplaces, while our Garden Rooms are tucked away at the rear of the hotel, overlooking a secluded walled garden and terrace. Some of our rooms also offer interconnecting layouts, making them ideal for families or small groups.
Travelling solo or bringing your pooch? Our ground-floor Terrace Rooms open directly onto the garden, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or evening drink under the stars, with the added convenience of outdoor access. For a cosy hideaway, our Loft Rooms are also nestled at the top of our Georgian building, offering charming views and a true sense of escape.
