With interconnecting rooms, our Garden Rooms are ideal for staying in the New Forest with friends or family. However, if you are travelling with little ones, our family suites can also be a great way for all of you to stay in one room. Explore the local area together and go on an adventure in the New Forest, and always have a cosy room to come back to.

Our restaurant and bar are open all day and can help you energise and refresh in the morning for breakfast, which is included with your stay, a light lunch for a more chilled day, and offer a dining experience in the evening to remember (or even a Sunday roast!). To make it extra special, you may even want to book a special afternoon tea in The Orangery, with homemade scones, finger sandwiches and a selection of tea and coffee.

What time can we check into our room?
Your Garden Room will be ready from 3pm on the day of your arrival, and check out is by 11am on the day of your departure. Please let us know if you would like to extend these times. Find out more.
What kind of views do these rooms have?
Our Garden rooms are at the rear of the boutique hotel overlooking our beautiful garden and terrace area.
Do the bathrooms have a bath or a shower?
All of our rooms are unique, and all have special features and are designed with Georgian interior in mind. Many of the Garden Rooms feature walk-in showers, while some are equipped with bathtubs. If you have a specific preference, please let us know at the time of booking.
Can these rooms accommodate more than two people?
Our standard Garden Room rate is based on two people; we do have interconnecting options and a dedicated Family Suite for larger groups.
Is breakfast included when booking a Garden Room?
All of our room bookings include a freshly prepared breakfast in Samphire or The Orangery, unless specified otherwise.
