From the M27
From the east, take the first exit off the M27 Westbound, signposted Lyndhurst and New Forest. At the roundabout, take the first exit, signposted Cadnam. Bear to the right and at the roundabout take the third exit, signposted Lyndhurst. Continue forward on the A337, entering Lyndhurst. Turn left onto the High Street, signposted all traffic routes and through the High Street turn right onto Gosport Lane, A35, signposted Lymington. Keep in the left-hand lane and bear left continuing along Gosport Lane, A337, signposted Lymington.
At the T-junction, turn left onto Clay Hill, A337, signposted Lymington. Continue along A337, entering Brockenhurst. Venture over the level crossing and follow A337 out of Brockenhurst. At the Somerfield roundabout, continue straight over, entering Lymington. At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Marsh Lane and follow. Continue straight over the two mini-roundabouts and follow the road to the bottom of Lymington High Street.
From Southampton
From Southampton, follow directions West, leaving on the A35, Millbrook Road. Continue along the dual carriageway over the Millbrook and Westover flyovers. Head along the A35 and at the Rushington roundabout, take the second exit onto Spicers Hill.
At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Hunters Hill, following the A35 and entering Ashurst. Follow A35, entering Lyndhurst, and continue round to the left, Gosport Lane, signposted Lymington. At the T junction, turn left onto Clay Hill, A337, signposted Lymington. Continue along A337, entering Brockenhurst. Continue over the level crossing, and follow A337 out of Brockenhurst.
At the Somerfield roundabout, continue straight over, entering Lymington. At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Marsh Lane and follow. Continue straight over the two mini-roundabouts and follow the road to the bottom of Lymington High Street.
From Bournemouth
Leaving Bournemouth, continue on the Wessex Way, A338 in the eastbound direction. Turn off the Wessex Way at the unnamed road, signposted Boscombe. At the Cooper Dean roundabout, take the third exit onto Castle Lane East, A3060 signposted Lyndhurst. At the traffic lights, continue following A3060.
At Iford roundabout, take the first exit onto Christchurch Road, A35, signposted Lyndhurst. Continue along the A35, entering Christchurch. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Barrack Road, A35, signposted Lyndhurst. At Bailey roundabout, take the first exit following the A35. At the Fountain roundabout, take the second exit onto the Christchurch bypass, signposted Lyndhurst.
At the Somerford roundabout, take the second exit continuing onto Highcliffe Road, A337 and continue. At Hoburne roundabout, take the second exit continuing along Highcliffe Road through Highcliffe. At the Milestone roundabout, take the second exit onto Lymington Road, A337, and continue forward, entering New Milton.
At the roundabout, take the second exit following A337, signposted Lymington and enter Downton. Bear left onto Milford Road, continuing along A337, entering Everton. Continue along A337 entering Lymington. Stay in the right-hand lane and bear right onto Queen Street at the one-way system. Bear left onto the top of Lymington High Street.
Arriving in Lymington
If you are entering Lymington from Beaulieu or the New Forest, you will arrive in town along Gosport Street. Continue along Gosport Street and follow the road round to the right, and you will be on the High Street. Stanwell House is located a short way along on the left-hand side. If, however, you are coming in at the top of town (usually from the West), take the one-way system round to the top of St Thomas’ Street and continue down the High Street, where Stanwell House will be found towards the bottom on the right-hand side.

Do you have somewhere for me to park once I arrive?
Yes absolutely. If you are a guest staying with us, we have off-site parking located in Canon Street East, long-stay car park. The car park is limited in size, and therefore, a space is not guaranteed. Find out more.
What if I arrive late to check in?
Check in time for your room is from 3pm, and you are welcome to arrive anytime. If you are likely to arrive very late, feel free to give us a call, but someone will be available to check you in throughout the night.
