A Little about Miss Witt
Chocolate By Miss Witt was founded by Kerry Witt in 2012.
Kerry is an award-winning chocolatier and chocolate educator, having received World Renowned Academy of Chocolate Awards for her work between 2015 and 2022.
She has also been invited to judge for the Academy of Chocolate Awards over the years. She has travelled to Ecuador and spent time at a supplier’s cacao estate, taking part in the cacao harvest and learning first-hand about the journey from cacao pod to chocolate.

Do I need any previous chocolate-making experience?
Not at all. You’ll be guided through the process, learning the basics of chocolate making, tempering and piping in a relaxed, hands-on workshop.
What is included in the price?
Your £65 ticket includes all materials and equipment, a chocolate-tasting experience, a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie.
Can I choose which chocolate to use?
Yes, you can choose between milk or dark chocolate for your advent calendar.
What will I take home?
You’ll leave with your own handmade chocolate advent calendar, beautifully packaged and ready to enjoy from 1st December.
Do I need to bring anything?
No, aprons and all the materials you need will be provided.
How many places are available?
Places are limited, so advance booking is recommended.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
When is the workshop?
The workshop takes place on Thursday 26th November, from 7pm to 9pm.
