Children’s Yoga

Bedtime Meditation at Stanwell House

Wednesday 29th October | 5pm-6pm | 4-12yrs | £10 per child

Make the most of the October half term by helping your child unwind, relax, and enjoy a peaceful evening with our children’s bedtime meditation yoga session. This session is a wonderful way to settle little ones after a busy day of half-term activities. Led by Lisa from Calmwaves, a qualified and experienced children’s yoga and mindfulness teacher, it combines gentle yoga, mindful movement, breathwork and guided meditation to create a nurturing end-of-day routine.

Children will begin with gentle yoga poses and mindful stretches to release energy and help them feel grounded. Simple breathing exercises and mindfulness games guide children in focusing on the present moment, encouraging calm and emotional awareness. The session concludes with a magical guided visualisation, enhanced by soft coloured star-light projections, helping children relax deeply and ease into bedtime.

Little ones are welcome to attend in pyjamas or onesies, and are encouraged to bring a blanket or favourite soft toy for extra comfort. During circle-time, children will explore kindness, self-care tools, and ways to nurture their wellbeing, leaving them feeling calm, happy and confident.

While children enjoy their bedtime ritual, parents and guardians can relax and make use of the beautiful Salt Bar, Orangery or Samphire. During the session, adults receive 10% off food and drink, creating your own opportunity to unwind and enjoy a warm drink or a light snack.

Give your child the gift of mindfulness, relaxation and a peaceful bedtime this half term. Spaces are limited to ensure a calm and supportive environment, so early booking is recommended.

Book your child’s space today by calling 01590 677123 or emailing us. Enjoy a serene evening where children are nurtured and parents can relax, all within the tranquil setting of Stanwell House.

Terms and Conditions apply. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
