Flavours of The New Forest
Join us for an exclusive evening this September as Stanwell House partners with The New Forest Marque – the true sign of local produce – to present ‘Flavours of the New Forest’, a specially curated five-course dining experience celebrating the very best of the region.
On Thursday 25 September at 7.30pm, the elegant dining room at Stanwell House Hotel, will be the setting for a culinary journey crafted by the hotel’s talented chefs. Each course will showcase premium New Forest Marque ingredients, from artisan cheeses and free-range meats to New Forest-grown fruits and locally produced wines.
Throughout the evening, you’ll also have the opportunity to hear from some of the passionate New Forest Marque producers themselves, who will share insights into their craft and the vital role of supporting local in the New Forest.

The New Forest Marque is a food and produce scheme set up to champion businesses who pride themselves on producing and providing food, drinks and crafts with clearly defined New Forest provenance. The New Forest Marque also works to protect, encourage, and promote the traditional farming practices which help fashion the iconic landscape found in the New Forest.
