FAQs
What time do we need to check out?
Your Terrace Room will be ready from 3pm on the day of your arrival, and check out is by 11am on the day you leave. Please let us know if you would like to extend these times or need to store bags for the day. Find out more.
Are the Terrace Rooms accessible for those with limited mobility?
Yes, as these rooms are located on the ground floor, they provide the best access for those with mobility issues. However, there are three sets of steps, but these are compatible with our mobile ramp. Find out more.
What does "Direct Terrace Access" mean?
Our Terrace Rooms open directly onto our shared terrace dining area, to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.
Is there an extra charge for bringing a dog?
Yes, there is an additional fee of about £25. Please let us know if you would like to bring your furry friend, as we will also provide a welcome package for your dog.
Is the terrace area secure for my dog?
Whilst the room offers direct access to the terrace, we ask that dogs remain on a lead in public dining areas as this is a shared space.
Is breakfast included when booking a Terrace Room?
All of our room bookings include a freshly prepared breakfast in Samphire or The Orangery, unless stated otherwise.
