What are check-in and check-out times?
Your room will be ready from 3pm on the day of your arrival, and check out is by 11am on the day of your departure. Please let us know if you would like to extend these times for a fee. If you arrive early or want to explore on your checkout day, we will happily hold your bags for you. Find out more.
Are your hotel rooms dog friendly?
We have dog friendly Terrace Rooms available for your pooch to join your holiday. Additional charges apply, which include a dog bed, towel, bowl, treat and bags. Find out more.
Do you have parking for hotel guests?
Yes, parking is available for those staying at our hotel, which is located offset in the Canon Street east long stay car park. Find out more.
Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms?
Yes, there is Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, so you can have access to the internet whenever you need.
Is room service available?
Yes, we do offer room service from The Samphire to be delivered to your door, just call down to reception from your room. However, we also invite you to book a table to enjoy the cosy atmosphere of our dining experiences as well as our friendly service.
Which rooms are accessible?
Our hotel is not fully wheelchair accessible. We have Terrace Rooms, which are ground-floor rooms with fewer stairs. Find out more.
Is breakfast included with our stay?
All of our room bookings include a freshly prepared breakfast in the Samphire or The Orangery, unless specified otherwise.
