What facilities does your meeting room have?
Our corporate meeting room for hire has Wi-Fi, a hidden AV monitor for presentations and conferences, a table that can sit up to 16, catering and accommodation on site to ensure productivity and a memorable experience.
On what days is your private space available to book?
Our private events room and meeting venue is available to hire Monday to Sunday, 9am to 10pm, subject to availability and in parallel with the hotel’s opening hours.
Is there an outside area?
Stanwell House does have an outdoor terrace that the private dining space overlooks; however, this is not private. Guests do have access to the garden if they choose.
Can the room be configured in different layouts?
The space does not feature any partitioning walls to configure the layout; however, we are able to create a bespoke experience with seating, tables and floor space for meetings, large conferences, workshops or dining.
Are there separate charges for things like cleaning or setup?
There are no additional charges; all services will be included within the prices quoted.
