Stand up paddleboarding

The perfect introduction to paddleboarding, set in a safe, supervised 20m x 35m area, ideal for beginners of all ages. A full safety briefing is provided, ensuring a fun and secure experience on the water. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, making it a great activity for families to enjoy together.

Swimming

Splash around in the children’s pool. Great for little ones to play and enjoy the water safely, or relax as you glide across the water in the dedicated lap swimming section, there’s truly something for everyone. How deep is Lymington Sea Water Baths?

The Sea Water Baths are roughly between 0.8m and 1.8m deep, however all visitors are advised to wear buoyancy aids regardless of swimming ability. All of the open sea water pools are supervised by lifeguards.

Is parking available at Lymington baths?

The facilities themselves do not have parking, however there is a pay and display car park located nearby. If you are staying with Stanwell House, all guests are permitted to stay at our car park as the baths are a short walk.

What are salt water swimming pools?

Salt water swimming pools are a lifeguarded, unheated, open-air sea water pool for swimming and activities, known for their minerals that aid health benefits.
