Luxury Balcony Suite
This is one of the hotel’s most deluxe suite options, perfect for two adults. An expansive open-plan suite combines a luxurious sleeping area with a stylish seating area, featuring a super king-size four-poster bed and a plush sofa for relaxing in comfort. The room opens onto a generous private balcony with serene views over the hotel’s walled garden - ideal for relaxing outdoors. Wake up and feel refreshed with our cooked to order full English, or perhaps smoked salmon or smashed avocado. There is nothing like relaxing in our Samphire restaurant after a cosy night’s sleep and chatting over a cup of coffee. You can also order room service. Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 10am, so you can feel energised for the next day ahead to explore the New Forest.

What are check-in and check-out times?
Once you arrive at the hotel, your room will be ready from 3pm and check out is by 11am. If you arrive early, then we will try to accommodate you. Find out more.
Are your hotel rooms dog friendly?
Our suites are not dog friendly, however, if you would like to bring your pooch, then take a look at our dog friendly Terrace Rooms. Ideal for long walks around and from the hotel near the New Forest.
Is room service available in the suites?
Yes, we do offer room service from The Samphire restaurant to be delivered to your door, just call down to reception from your room. However, we also invite you to book a table to enjoy the cosy atmosphere of our boutique hotel as well as our friendly service.
Can I enjoy views of the New Forest from my suite?
While our suites are beautifully appointed and overlook our walled garden, we’re also just a short distance from the breathtaking New Forest National Park, perfect for walks and nature exploration.
Do you have parking to explore Lymington?
As guests, we have free parking in the Canon Street East long stay car park. However, this is not guaranteed as spaces are limited, but pay and display options are available. However, we are located centrally on Lymington High Street, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and in walkable distance to the marina.
